We are currently seeking experienced professionals to join our manufacturing and contracts teams, with opportunities available in both production and site-based project management roles.

Production Floor Manager

Location: Ballyboughan Business Park, Roscommon (F42 RC85)
Salary: €60,000–€70,000 (in line with experience and qualifications)

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Floor Manager to join our manufacturing team at our purpose-built facilities in Ballyboughan Business Park, Roscommon. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for overseeing day-to-day factory floor operations — from machining and assembly through to final dispatch — while driving quality, efficiency and continuous improvement across all areas of kitchen production.

Working closely with the wider production, logistics and management teams, the successful candidate will bring proven experience managing workshop or production floors within kitchen, joinery or furniture manufacturing environments, ensuring efficient output, high standards of workmanship and effective team coordination.

Project / Site Manager

Location: Primarily site-based across multiple residential developments
Closing Date: Tuesday, 12th March 2026

Due to continued growth and the award of larger residential contracts, we are seeking an experienced Project / Site Manager to join our Contracts team. This is a hands-on, site-facing role responsible for managing kitchen and wardrobe fit-outs across a range of residential developments — from smaller schemes through to large multi-unit apartment and housing projects.

Acting as the key link between surveying, design, production, delivery and installation teams, the successful candidate will work closely with main contractors, site foremen and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately and to the highest standard.

Kitchen Fitters – Residential Projects

Location: Various residential sites
Closing Date: Tuesday, 12th March 2026

We are currently seeking experienced Kitchen Fitters to join our residential installation team, working on high-quality, bespoke kitchen installations in private homes. This role involves fitting kitchens to a high standard, working on site while liaising with our in-house project, production and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient installations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience fitting kitchens, strong attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent workmanship in occupied and newly completed homes.

Kitchen Fitters – Commercial Projects

Location: Various commercial and contract sites

We are also seeking experienced Kitchen Fitters to join our commercial installation team, working on larger-scale residential developments and commercial contract projects. This role involves fitting kitchens and wardrobes across multi-unit and contract environments, working to programme deadlines and in coordination with site teams, alongside the Contracts Manager, to ensure installations are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will be experienced in commercial or contract installations, able to work efficiently across multiple units, and committed to maintaining high standards of workmanship across all installations.
