Yes. We release a limited number of complimentary design consultations during our January Sale and recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Limiting the number of Sale appointments allows our designers to welcome new clients while continuing to give those already progressing through their kitchen journey the time and attention they need. Follow-up design presentations and final design consultations continue as planned throughout the Sale period, without extending appointment timeframes to accommodate additional Sale demand.

Once the available Sale appointments are filled, we cannot guarantee that additional appointments will be released.

January Sale appointments are limited and tend to book quickly. While we make every effort to accommodate your preferred showroom, availability cannot always be guaranteed.

If your preferred showroom is fully booked, our team will check availability at our other showroom and offer this as an alternative where the location is suitable for you. Alternatively, you can be added to the January Sale waiting list for your preferred showroom should an appointment become available.

The showroom you attend for your first design consultation will generally become your designated showroom for the duration of your kitchen project. You’ll be assigned a dedicated designer from your first consultation, who will work with you throughout the design process. Maintaining that relationship provides continuity as your design develops and is an important part of the experience we want every client to have.

Where circumstances change, our team will always consider individual situations on a case-by-case basis.

The January Sale is available to new residential kitchen enquiries received during the qualifying Sale period.

To qualify, you must book and attend your first design consultation at our Galway or Roscommon showroom on or before 31st January 2027. All Mark Lohan Kitchens design consultations are complimentary.

The January Sale applies to new enquiries only and cannot be applied retrospectively. Clients who made an enquiry, attended a design consultation, received a quotation, paid a booking deposit or placed an order before the qualifying Sale period are not eligible for the January Sale discount.

To avail of the January Sale, you must:

1. Book and attend your complimentary design consultation during the qualifying Sale period.
2. Attend your design presentation within [QUALIFYING TIMEFRAME/DATE].
3. Pay your €1,000 booking deposit by [QUALIFYING DATE] to secure your Sale discount.
4. Place your kitchen order on or before 30th November 2027.

All qualifying requirements must be met for the 10% Sale discount to apply.

The 10% discount applies to your Mark Lohan kitchen cabinetry.

Where a kitchen is designed alongside additional fitted cabinetry, such as a utility or laundry room, wardrobes, boot room, media wall or home bar, the Sale discount applies to the kitchen only.

Standalone fitted cabinetry projects without a kitchen are not included in the January Sale.

Appliances are excluded from the 10% Sale discount.

You do not need to place your kitchen order during January to avail of the Sale.

Once you have met the qualifying Sale requirements, you have time to continue developing and perfecting your kitchen design with your designer.

To retain your January Sale saving, your kitchen order must be placed on or before 30th November 2027.

Orders placed after this date will be subject to the pricing applicable at that time.

Your quotation is presented at your design presentation, the follow-up appointment to your first design consultation. At this appointment, your dedicated designer will present your 3D kitchen design and take you through your detailed quotation, which is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Your designer will continue to work closely with you as your kitchen design develops, refining the details and incorporating agreed changes along the way.

Where changes are made to your design, specification, finishes or other elements of your project, your quotation will be updated accordingly.

All Mark Lohan Kitchens design consultations are complimentary.

A €1,000 booking deposit is required by [QUALIFYING DATE] to secure your January Sale discount and progress your project.

The remaining project payments will be made in line with Mark Lohan Kitchens' standard payment terms:

First payment: €1,000 booking deposit.

Second payment: 50% of the project cost, payable prior to site survey, allowing materials to be ordered and your project to progress towards production.

Final payment: Remaining balance, payable 10 working days before delivery.

Payment terms are subject to the final Sale Terms & Conditions.

Submitting a design consultation enquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed appointment.

All online enquiries are reviewed by our team in the order they are received. A member of our team will contact you to arrange an available date and time, and your Sale design consultation is confirmed once this has been agreed with you.

The January Sale is subject to availability and the qualifying criteria outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

Mark Lohan Kitchens reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw the January Sale, or update these Terms & Conditions, where necessary.
