During your visit, enjoy a guided showroom experience, exploring our bespoke craftsmanship, materials and finishes up close. We design kitchens across a wide range of specifications — with the average bespoke Mark Lohan Kitchens project in 2025 typically €10,000–€15,000, depending on layout and finish. You’ll also discover innovative appliance options, including Quooker and BORA, as part of the wider design conversation.
Appliance packages are available but excluded from the January Sale.

Book & Attend your Complimentary Design Consultation
To qualify for the January Sale Extended, simply book and attend your first design consultation on or before February 28th, 2026. Meet with our award-winning designers in our Roscommon or Galway showrooms to discuss your unique vision and requirements.
Review Your 3D Design
Attend a follow-up appointment, where we’ll present your bespoke 3D kitchen design, allowing you to visualise your dream space in stunning detail. During this meeting, you’ll receive a detailed quotation, and our designers will guide you through any adjustments to ensure your kitchen perfectly aligns with your vision and budget.
Secure Your 10% SALE Discount
To secure your 10% Extended January Sale discount, a €1,000 booking deposit is required within the qualifying timeframe, see Terms & Conditions outlined below.

Sale Terms & Conditions
Offer: The 10% discount applies exclusively to bespoke MLK kitchens. Where a kitchen is designed alongside additional bespoke cabinetry – such as a utility, wardrobes, media wall – the 10% discount applies to the kitchen only.
Standalone cabinetry projects, including wardrobes without a kitchen, are excluded. Appliances are not included in the sale.
Extended Sale Period: Valid from January 2nd to February 28th, 2026.
Please note: submitting a booking enquiry via our website does not constitute a confirmed design consultation appointment. All online enquiries are reviewed in the order received and allocated a time stamp. If an enquiry is submitted outside of working hours, it will be reviewed the following working day. A member of our team will contact you promptly using the details provided to confirm a consultation date and time that works for you.
How to Qualify:
Book & Attend Your Design Consultation
Book and attend your first complimentary design consultation at an MLK showroom of your choice within the qualifying sale period.
Attend Your Follow-Up Appointment
Attend a follow-up appointment to review your bespoke 3D kitchen design and detailed cost breakdown.
Secure Your Discount
A €1,000 booking deposit is required to secure the 10% sale discount:
By February 28th, 2026 for clients whose first consultation takes place in January
By March 31st, 2026 for clients whose first consultation takes place in February
Order Deadline (Unchanged)
Your kitchen order must be placed on or before November 30th, 2026.
Orders placed after this date will be subject to standard pricing.
Quote Validity
Quotes issued during the sale period are valid only within the qualifying sale timeframe.
New Enquiries Only
This offer applies to new residential kitchen enquiries received from December 18th, 2025 to February 28th, 2026.
Right to Amend, Mark Lohan Kitchens reserves the right to amend or extend the sale at its discretion.

Payment Terms & FAQs
Click here to view our full payment terms and frequently asked questions. Our payment structure is straightforward, offering three simple instalments:
First Instalment: €1,000 booking deposit, payable on or before February 28th, 2026 to avail of the sale discount.
Second Instalment: 50% of the total project cost, payable within 5 working days of your finalisation/sign off meeting with your designer. This payment allows us to order materials, and commence manufacturing of your bespoke cabinetry. Leads times begin from the date this 50% payment is received.
Third Instalment: The remaining balance, payable 10 working days before delivery.
