This sale is ideal for homeowners planning a renovation, extension, or new build in 2026, who want to begin the design process early, work with exceptional designers, and place their kitchen order by November 30th 2026, without rushing decisions.

You don’t have to wait for January to get started. January SALE design consultation bookings are now open, allowing you to secure your complimentary appointment in advance of the sale launch.
Book online at mlk.ie, visit us in person, or contact our showrooms directly. Our showrooms remain open until Tuesday, December 23rd, and will reopen on January 2nd at 9am.
Online bookings remain open at mlk.ie throughout the Christmas break and will be prioritised when our showrooms reopen.

During your first consultation, we’ll take the time to understand your unique needs, style preferences, and space requirements. As part of your visit, you’ll receive a guided tour of our showroom, allowing you to experience our exceptional craftsmanship and bespoke designs up close. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore appliances from leading brands like Quooker and BORA (please note: appliance packages are available but are excluded from the sale).
How to Avail of the Sale
Book & Attend your Complimentary Design Consultation
Book and attend your first design consultation during January 2026 to qualify for the January SALE. Meet with our award-winning designers in our Roscommon or Galway showrooms to discuss your unique vision and requirements.
Review Your 3D Design
A follow-up appointment will be arranged in February, where we’ll present your bespoke 3D kitchen design, allowing you to visualise your dream space in stunning detail. During this meeting, you’ll receive a detailed quotation, and our designers will guide you through any adjustments to ensure your kitchen perfectly aligns with your vision and budget.

Sale Terms & Conditions
Offer: The 10% discount applies exclusively to bespoke MLK kitchens. Where a kitchen is designed alongside additional bespoke cabinetry – such as a utility, wardrobes, media wall – the 10% discount applies to the full project value.
Standalone cabinetry projects, including wardrobes without a kitchen, are excluded. Appliances are not included in the sale.
Sale Period: Valid from January 2nd to January 31st, 2026.
Please note: submitting a booking enquiry via our website does not constitute a confirmed design consultation appointment. All online enquiries are reviewed in the order received and allocated a time stamp. If an enquiry is submitted outside of working hours, it will be reviewed the following working day. A member of our team will contact you promptly using the details provided to confirm a consultation date and time that works for you.
How to Qualify:
• Book and attend your first design consultation in January 2026.
• Attend a follow-up appointment in February 2026 to review your 3D design and cost breakdown.
• Secure Your Discount: A €1,000 deposit must be paid by February 28th, 2026.
• Order Deadline: Your kitchen order must be placed by November 30th, 2026. Orders placed after this date will be subject to standard pricing.
• Quote Validity: Quotes issued during the sale are only valid throughout the sale period.
• New Enquiries Only: This offer applies solely to new residential kitchen enquiries made from December 18th, 2025 through Janaury 31st, 2026.
• Right to Extend: Mark Lohan Kitchens reserves the right to extend the sale at its discretion.

Payment Terms & FAQs
Click here to view our full payment terms and frequently asked questions. Our payment structure is straightforward, offering three simple instalments:
First Instalment: €1,000 booking deposit, payable on or before February 28th, 2026 to avail of the sale discount.
Second Instalment: 50% of the total project cost, payable within 5 working days of your finalisation/sign off meeting with your designer. This payment allows us to order materials, and commence manufacturing of your bespoke cabinetry. Leads times begin from the date this 50% payment is received.
Third Instalment: The remaining balance, payable 10 working days before delivery.
